Adult Classes

Redbridge Classical Dance Studios offer Adult Ballet, Adult Tap (Beginners and Intermediate level) and Adult Contemporary classes. We offer adult classes in Wanstead and Snaresbrook, London E11. Many people think that dance classes are just for the children but we believe all of us are capable of dancing and enjoying it. What often holds us back is shyness and a fear of making fools of ourselves. 

Our adult ballet, tap and contemporary classes are pitched at your level and at what you want to achieve. There is no pressure of exams or performances but rather dancing for fitness and pleasure in a fun environment. No experience is necessary and you may not have danced as a child but wish to now that you have the opportunity. What you will learn will enable you to appreciate the dance you watch more fully and at the same time to improve your own core strength, posture, confidence and technique and give you a feeling of well being.
